Registration: All participants must register prior to the conference. Early registration is now open. Registration fees are detailed on the registration form. Details of the location of the conference will be sent via postal or e-mail after we have processed your registration. Please note that there will be NO registration on site. You must send a completed registration form in order to ensure proper registration. If you are seeking concessional rates as a student or unwaged person you must send proof of status with your registration.

Food & Special Events: Tea & coffee, snacks will be served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Dinner on Friday night. Live entertainment and movie on Saturday.

Accommodation & Housing: All participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for accommodation during their stay at the conference. Some community housing will be provided but these will be provided at a first come first basis, and will be provided with local Imaan members and their supporters. For community housing please email ubaid@imaan.org.uk. We will try our best to accommodate you but this is not guaranteed therefore we ask you to look for your own accommodation.

Venue and Transportation: Detailed information of the venue will be mailed to you upon receipt of registration form and registration fees. You are responsible for making your own travel and housing accommodations (for community housing and hotel information see above). London airports include Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stanstead. There are fast train services in to Central London from these airports.

Security and Safety: Due to security and safety concerns, the exact location of the venues will not be publicly announced. Detailed information about the retreat venue and directions to the conference will be sent by postal mail only. Additionally all participants will be expected to wear nametags at all times during the workshops and discussion sessions.

Media and Press: Media and press must register in advance. Contact info@imaan.org.uk for more information. Members of the media and press must wear a visible name-tag indicating that they are a media/press person at ALL times during the duration of the conference. Photographs can only be taken with the express permission of those being photographed. Imaan members and conference organizers will be available for interviews.
